We would like to introduce you to Sarah AKA The Boss Lady!!

Sarah is our Director/Office Manager/Chief Administrator and also the Posh Biscuit Buyer.

Before founding CTS Sarah's background was in the asbestos sector. She has worked for some of the UKs largest asbestos compliance companies since the tender age of 21. Her experiences in these companies varied from administration to fleet services to plan drawing to customer relations and even a part time lab analyst. She states that carrying out a vast variety of tasks and having worked for market leading companies has assisted in her skillset and mindset which she still uses today.

The calmest head in the office, a true warm and caring individual who will go above and beyond for anyone she possibly can, even when juggling 3 or 4 active tasks at one time. She is always willing to listen to any suggestion and runs the company in a very proactive manner.

Sarah is currently studying her Level 3 EAT Award as she is keen to deliver some of our top quality courses to our clients. Also Diploma trained in Office Management, Sarah takes charge of ensuring our clients office based works are done correctly, specialising in DSE/VDU assessments and office ergonomics.

Originally hailing from Newcastle Upon Tyne, Sarah moved to Lancashire in 2015 and is now a fully pledged Lancashire Lass (She still maybe has a hint of a Geordie accent in the old Lancashire dialect). A mum to 2 young boys she is never not busy whether it be at work or at home.
